The Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh, SAN has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Enugu State, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, on the occasion of his 54th birthday, describing him as a trailblazer in modern governance and a champion of transformational leadership.
In a personally signed message, the Minister commended Governor Mbah for redefining subnational leadership through bold reforms, strategic vision, and strong alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Dr. Udeh noted that within a remarkably short period, Governor Mbah has delivered far-reaching achievements that have repositioned Enugu State as a model of innovation-led development. He highlighted the digitalisation of governance, revitalisation of state-owned enterprises, and the creation of new industries as key milestones driving economic expansion and job creation.
The Minister further applauded the administration’s rollout of Smart Schools and functional primary healthcare centres across all wards, alongside major investments in modern infrastructure and the successful launch of Enugu Air—initiatives he described as “clear indicators of visionary and result-oriented leadership.”
“Your accomplishments within such a short time underscore a rare commitment to excellence, service, and sustainable development. You have set a new benchmark for governance at the subnational level,” the Minister stated.
Dr. Kingsley offered prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and divine guidance for the Governor as he sustains his transformative agenda for the people of Enugu State and Nigeria at large.
He celebrated Governor Mbah’s life of purpose, vision, and service, wishing him continued success and many more years of impactful leadership.
